Discussion Paper Series is a forum for UKCPR staff and faculty affiliates to post their latest research on issues salient to low-income populations in the South and the United States. While the research mission of UKCPR focuses on poverty and inequality in the South, the research agendas of its affiliates encompass the populations not only in the focal region but across the Nation as a whole.
