Graduate Student Research Fellowships Graduate Student Research Fellows are available to encourage and mentor graduate students in the social and behavioral sciences to conduct poverty research. Recipients of the research assistantships have an opportunity to interact with UKCPR staff and faculty affiliates as well as students from several social science disciplines through participation in the Poverty and Policy Research Seminar. The program’s objective is to enhance the intellectual and research preparation of the Fellows, as well as to provide them with an interdisciplinary community of colleagues. Each academic year, the Center will award at least two fellowships that provide living stipends along with tuition and benefits. If you are interested in a graduate research fellowship, contact Jeff Spradling for more information. |
