Insights on Southern Poverty is a periodic newsletter produced by the UKCPR. The objective of the newsletter is to summarize current research on issues salient to poverty in the South in a nontechnical format. Authors of articles are drawn both from UKCPR staff and faculty affiliates, as well as noted scholars from around the country. The newsletter is also a forum to post announcements for upcoming events and funding opportunities related to the Center’s mission. The newsletter is available on-line by following the link, and is also available in hardcopy. If you wish to receive the newsletter in the mail please submit your full name and mailing address to Jeff Spradling.
